Who holds your data

The team that runs TeamPerpetuum looks after your data. We're a Young Living team, not Young Living itself.

This page tells you what we keep, why, and who helps us handle it.

What we keep

For everyone: your name, your email, and the language you prefer.

If you're a member: your Young Living Member ID, plus the details from our team's official YL report — your enroller, sponsor, rank, the date of your last order, and your country. This comes from Young Living's own export, uploaded by an admin. We don't get it automatically.

From the quiz and programmes: your quiz answers, the goal you chose (wellness, sleep, energy, home or calm), which run and day you joined, whether you confirmed you had the products, what you wrote on the discussion wall, and which posts you hearted. We also keep the messages you send the team through the inbox.

When a page is opened, we note it with an anonymous daily fingerprint — a hash of IP and browser. We never store your IP address as such.

Why we keep it

To run the programme — the daily email and the day pages. To know which member invited whom, so credit goes to the right person. To answer your questions. And to see whether what we publish actually reaches anybody.

Who else touches it

A few trusted services help us run the platform: Supabase (our database), Vercel (hosting), Loops (sending email), Mux (video for the academy) and Cartesia (voice narration).

We also use Anthropic and OpenAI for the writing and checking features. Content gets sent to them to do the work, and under their business terms it is not used to train their models.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data. You can delete your account and everything we hold about you, right from the platform, on your data page. Write to team@teamperpetuum.com if you want help.

Your Young Living account data also lives at Young Living. If we delete it here, it stays there.

If this changes

We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed.
